Botillo Embutidos Ferju

Botillo is a typical product from the Bierzo region, made with pork rib, tail, tongue, meat and spine. All these ingredients are cut into pieces and marinated with salt, paprika and garlic. Afterwards these ingredients are stuffed into a pig’s blind gut, aired and smoked. This product is to be cooked (for at least 2 hours), with potatoes and vegetables introduced in the final half hour.
